Once in a while I go out with friends and practice IFR techniques. My friend Mario helps out by being the safety pilot. He brought his friend from Argentina, Bruno, who took these pictures. This is in our hanger at Brown Field.
Who's flying the plane???
The funny thing on my head is the hood that folds down over my eyes to block the view out the windows so I can practice flying through clouds. We just turned around for a second for the picture.
Mario and Roy at Gillespie Field where we stopped for a cold drink after some hot air work. It was cloudy when we started and cool on the ground, but it was very hot flying up in the sunshine.
