Nancy surprised Roy by studying for her amateur radio license with little help from him. She passed with a very high score and is now KG6JJI. While he was there Roy upgraded from the technician license he has held since 1975 to General Class and kept his old call of WB9RKN.
The head test-giver presents the license. Chuck is proud of his Mom and Roy congratulates Nancy.
This little guy helped Nancy get signed up to take the test. He was so helpful to everyone that we had to get a picture with him.
